| Краткое описание: | The article presents the results of researching of systemic challenges in promoting sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas and the architecture of their interrelationships. Areview of publications in the subject area of the study confirms the relevance of studying the structure of the problem field of rural areas in different regions of the world. The theoretical review provided the formulation of the main problems that are inherent in rural areas, and formed the basis for the development of expert survey tools. 56 people among municipal employees of rural administrations of Stavropol Krai (Russia) took part in the expert survey. The survey database was processed in the SPSS Statistics program (version 24). The listed 30 names of problems in the theoretical model of the problem field of rural areas were evaluated by the participants of the expert survey on a five-point scale. As a result of the factor analysis performed by Rotation Method: Varimax with Kaiser Normalization (Rotation converged in 16 iterations), the problems were grouped into 8 structural components describing the architecture of system challenges in moving towards sustainable rural development. The conducted research shows a mathematically based architecture of systemic challenges to sustainable development in the views of municipal employees of rural administrations. |
