Izvleček: | The chapter develops the idea on the basis of the neoinstitutionalism methodology and the theory of institutional matrices that the cooperation of the institutions of the X and Y matrices is necessary for suitable development of all societies and cultures without exception, especially in terms of stiff global competition where many Eastern countries are no longer inferior to Western ones.
