| Resumo: | Cryptocurrency crime cases continue to increase. The legal nature of cryptocurrency is analyzed, and it is concluded that nowadays, despite of some attempts to regulate cryptocurrency circulation legislatively, there are numerous gaps, most of which are in the field of criminal law.
