The content of pectin substances, vitamins, micro and macronutrients, and the mass concentration of polyphenolic compounds were determined. Based on the obtained data, phytodrinks of the PHYTO PECTO series were developed and studied, containing liquid apple pectin, extracts from the studied fruits, stevia extract, mint and thyme leaf extract.
