Περίληψη:Samples of ZnS: Cu, Al electroluminescent powders were synthesized using solid-state technology and using the nanohybridization process. It was shown that the morphology of phosphor particles obtained by these two methods is significantly different. In the process of nanohybridization, the shape of the particles changed and spherical agglomerates were formed. As a result of nanohybridization treatment, an increase in the luminescence brightness was observed at low-voltage excitation of the synthesized phosphor, an improvement in color parameters, which is associated with a uniform distribution of a Cu2-xSx copper sulfide layer on the surface of the phosphor base. The increase in the average luminous efficiency of the ZnS: Cu, Al electroluminescent powders due to the nanohybridization treatment was ≈ 30 cd/cm2.
