Tóm tắt: | Authors emphasized that performing notarial actions remotely will reduce possible time costs and significantly increase economic turnover. Today the notary actively uses modern digital technologies in its activities, creates new information products that allow accelerating and to secure many legally significant actions. The consequences of the presence of errors of various types in an electronic document are provided. Its correction is also possible on the basis of an appropriate court decision. There is a mandatory requirement to enter in the register of notarial actions information about the correction of such a technical error. A different procedure is provided for the correction of an arithmetic error discovered and affecting the rights of other persons. To correct it, the written consent of each party to the transaction is required. In the absence of such consent, its correction is carried out only on the basis of a court decision. On the agenda are not only complex problems of globalization but also global digitalization. The domestic legislator creates a legal basis for the digitalization of economic turnover, as evidenced by, among other things, new rules on the remote performance of notarial actions, which make it possible to reduce the financial and time costs that inevitably arise when solving various issues. Today, methodological support of all remote processes in the field of notaries is required. Despite a certain difficulty in the implementation of notarial actions in a remote format, we observe that the legislator guarantees compliance with the legality of civil circulation. |
