In light of the geopolitical situation in the world and the increasing frequency of cyber-attacks, the security and preservation of the key rights and freedoms of the author and his works is a particularly important factor. This problem fundamentally affects the interests of the state in matters of sovereignty and the development of scientific, cultural, economic and other areas affecting the field of intellectual property.
