Interface of a horizontal layer of magnetic fluid with water invertical electric and magnetic fields

The decrease of the interfacial tension at the water magnetic fluid boundary in an electric field should lead to a change in the evolution of the instability threshold. The aim of the paper is to investigate this hypothesis
