Краткое описание:The study guide provides information on the incidence of coeliac disease in children; presents modern data on the pathogenetic mechanisms of reactions to gluten; the characteristic of the diagnostic significance of serological and genetic markers, as well as morphological criteria of coeliac disease is given; the book describes the influence of environmental factors that increase the risk of coeliac disease; the classification and algorithms for the diagnosis of manifest, asymptomatic Coeliac disease and gluten-associated diseases are presented. The study guide outlines the concepts of refractory coeliac disease, the multisystem phenotype of the disease and approaches to treatment are described. To increase the effectiveness of training, test tasks and samples of answers are included in the present study guide. The information provided is a necessary addition to the material of the textbook on pediatrics for students of general educational institutions of higher education, studying in the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine.
