The manual is aimed at forming the knowledge and skills of the student, necessary for the subsequent implementation of his labor functions in accordance with the professional standard. The manual has a certain structure. Each section of the manual contains a theoretical part, analyzed examples of solving tasks on the topic of the theoretical block, tasks for independent work and tests that ensure the consolidation of the material studied. The filling of theoretical blocks and tasks is aimed at studying the foundations of the discipline and forming a student's understanding of the connection between bioorganic chemistry and medicine. The acquired knowledge is the basis for the subsequent study of pharmacology, biochemistry, toxicological chemistry and the solution of specific practical problems. Recommended by the Coordinating Council for the field of education "Healthcare and Medical Sciences" as a teaching aid for use in educational institutions implementing the main educational programs of higher education of the specialist's program in the field of study 31.05.01 "General Medicine".
