Краткое описание:Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases is a clinical subject where students receive their first medical knowledge. Here they learn how to think clinically, communicate with patients, and master the methods of subjective and objective examination of patients. The study guide is intended for teaching 3rd year medical students the rules of writing a patient’s medical history (case history). The medical history is a medical and legal document in a hospital or a clinic. The scheme for writing a medical history proposed in this book is based on long-term traditions of the Russian propaedeutic school and is generally accepted in medical institutions. Students need to have a clear understanding of the scheme of the medical history, the form of recording the data of the subjective and objective examination of the patient. The manual was drawn up using a competency approach and is developed in accordance with the new Federal State Educational Standard dated 12.08.2020. The study guide is written in accordance with the program, intended for independent extracurricular and classroom work of 3rd year students enrolled in 31.05.01 “General Medicine” course (specialty level) in the discipline “Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases”, the topic “Scheme of the medical history”.
