Within the framework of the chosen theoretical and methodological construct, the authors analyze integral indicators of the socio-cultural life and the socio-cultural dynamics of the region as the relationship between socio-cultural strata, the socio-cultural effectiveness of regional management, the correlation between traditionality and innovation in regional development, socio-cultural disparities and the socio-cultural balance of regional development.
