Load management strategies for redundant equipment in smart grids

A typical problem, which arises when planning the operation of Smart Grid equipment for the upcoming period of operation, is that of optimal time distribution of the load between the devices comprising the system. Frequently, these devices have been operated under dissimilar conditions and for diffe...

In this paper, we present a possible solution to the mentioned problem using the matrix game method, which is known to ensure the guaranteed reliability of redundant equipment. A model for accounting for the resource consumed by the devices of the redundant system, when one of the devices is operated at full load and the other is in reduced mode, is provided.
