Crynodeb:The main abstracts of thesis which were defended in Russian juridical higher educational establishments and universities from 2010 to 2017 are shown in this article. Authors mark the improving of interest on these problems which accorded to established International tribunals ad hoc (for former Yugoslavia, for Rwanda), adopted Rome Statute, and beginning of activity of International criminal court. The "key questions", which were researched in Russian dissertations, are: 1) main problems of contemporary international criminal law development and its correlation with domestic criminal law; 2) questions of international cooperation in the sphere of criminal justice; 3) problems connecting with extradition; 4) meaning of Roman Statute of International criminal court for international and national criminal justice; 5) problems of qualification of crimes against international peace; genocide and other crimes against humanity; and war crimes; 6) question of recognition of international terrorism as a crime against humanity
