The influence of Sc3+ions on fluorescence lifetime of Yb3+in Yb-doped yttrium scandium aluminum garnet (Yb:YSAG) ceramics
We present the luminescence radiative lifetime data of Yb3+ in Yb-doped yttrium scandium aluminum garnet (Yb:YSAG) ceramics at room temperature (300 K).
