| Περίληψη: | The study substantiates the need to develop and implement financial potential generation strategy for corporations applying unconventional method of integrated liabilities and assets management via coordinated process of claims, liabilities and capital regulation. Integrated management of liabilities and assets in the corporation assumes the following: funds are generated in corporations and are allocated there as sources; financial sources are differentiated according to their circulation pace; financial sources are relocated into active instruments based on the requirements to liquidity, profitability, risk, and innovative development. This allows implementation of a balanced strategy in strategic financial management system supporting long-term activity of corporations. Suggested method for implementing financial potential generation strategy for corporations at a new level was tested in strategic financial management system of PJSC "Interregional Distribution Net Company of the North Caucasus" |
