The original interpretation of this type of monitoring which is understood by authors as the process of selection, processing, storage and distribution of information on educational, scientific, innovative and other results of teacher's activity focused on information, organizational-and-scientific and methodical support of teacher's profession-creating management and education qualityal process in higher education institution, at any moment, as well as the forecast of development and effectiveness is offered and is proved.
