Summary:Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and our own experience the stepwise model of the development and realization of innovative projects of small parapharmaceutical companies was worked out. The above model includes investigation of the pharmaceutical market, identification of the potential product lines, exploring of the consumer preferences and choice of the direction for innovative search. Later carried out the search and the generation of ideas for new product development and business plan for its production. Further research is needed to select the formulation of cosmetics. In the production process are important innovative management methods that optimize the individual steps and the overall process control loop. Realization of the above model stages will allow, on one hand, greatly expand the effective range of quality products to meet the growing needs of the population, and on the other - to strengthen the competitive advantages of small pharmaceutical companies
