الملخص: | The tutorial consists of 21 units integrated by the general idea of job-search in food industry. The novelty of the work is in combining the foreign language programme aspects with the professionally oriented materials referring to food production. The system of assignments is aimed at developing the main language skills, such as speaking, reading, writing, and translation. Professionally oriented texts are intended for developing the vocabulary connected with food science. The work is designed for the second-year students of the Faculty of Food Engineering, specializing in “Food from Plant Material” (19.03.02) and “Biotechnology” (19.03.01).
